HELIX is early and pre-launch. We are a small team encoding how a strong offensive operator thinks into an autonomous engine, and we are looking for a few people who want to own a hard problem from the inside.

Early & high-ownership
Pre-launch means your work defines the product, not a backlog ticket. You will make decisions that ship, own surfaces end to end, and have a real seat in where the company goes. The leverage is high because the team is small.
Hard technical problems
Tree-search planning over offensive actions, multi-agent orchestration on a shared blackboard, an evidence pipeline that refutes its own findings, and a six-layer guardrail engine. These are not solved problems. That is the point.
Build in your own field
If you do offensive security, you are building the tool you wish existed. If you build AI systems, you are pointing them at a domain where reasoning actually matters. Either way, the product is the work you already care about.
Where we need you.
All roles are remote-friendly. We are also actively looking for a GTM or AI/ML co-founder, if that is you, lead with it.
A few things that are true about us.
We are evidence-first about everything, including ourselves. The same instinct that makes HELIX demand a reproducer before it believes a finding shows up in how we work: claims get tested, decisions get written down, and "I think" is the start of an investigation, not the end of one.
Autonomy with guardrails, for people too. You own your surface and make the call. The guardrails are clear scope, honest communication, and a default of shipping rather than waiting for permission. We hire people we do not need to manage closely.
Small, technical, calm. We are early enough that everyone is close to the product and the customer. We are remote-first across time zones, we value depth over hours, and we keep the tone the same as the product: confident, technical, and unhurried.
